Engagement sessions are one of my favorite things because I get to learn more about my couple’s love story and what makes them even better is when I grew up with one of them! I met the groom, Randall, when I was in middle school and we went to high school together. I was thrilled when he contacted me to photograph his proposal to his awesome girlfriend – now fiancé, Taylor, back in October of 2017 and I was even more excited when they asked me to photograph their wedding!

We had an absolutely gorgeous day with warm temperatures and partly cloudy skies for October! During their session, at Slate Run Metro Park, I got to know more about how they met and see just how perfect they are for one another. We hiked about 2 miles, on foot, to a location Taylor was really wanting pictures at and let me tell you it was completely worth it! It was a cute barn and small farm that was gorgeous! I had so much fun during their engagement session and I cannot wait until their wedding in June 2019!
